URG has operations in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Georgia.OUR CORE VALUESSafetyQualityUnityIntegrityDiversityServiceTALENT ACQUISITION ADMINEssential Responsibilities:Recruitment/ Onboarding tasks include but are not limited to;Data entry and report generation through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) programs.Post and refresh job postings on various talent acquisition platformsResume review and candidate selectionSchedule phone screens and in person interviews and conduct phone screensAttend Career Fairs and conduct on-the-spot interviews as requested. Prepare materials and setup booth.Supporting the drug screening process for applicants and random testing for current employeesAssist with putting together onboarding materials for new employees, tracking the completion of required new employee tasks such as background checks, and following up accordingly to ensure compliant onboardingAssisting with new employee onboarding paperwork which will include I-9 processesAssist in further development of the ATS SystemRespond to employment verification requests for former and current staffAssisting with reconciling vendor invoices for timely paymentUpdating HRIS database records and process paperwork for new hires, termination's and other status changes.Assistance with maintenance of employee files and forms managementPerform support functions by answering employee requests and questionsAssist with staff surveyingAssist with various research projects and/ or special projectsAssist with coordinating new employee orientation meetings and various employee correspondence/notificationsAssist in developing and updating company organizational charts.Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree (or currently pursing) in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.At least one year of HR Administrative experienceMust be able to work independently within minimal supervisionAbility to understand employment law and complianceAbility to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality with critical can sensitive informationAbility to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal, research and time management skillsGrace under pressure and good judgement in sensitive situationsProficient in MS Office, Google and internet applicationsWillingness to learn and accept responsibilityAbility to travel as neededBENEFITS & ADVANTAGES:URG is proud of the opportunities and advantages we offer.
