Job description

We have an immediate opening working with a Specialty Pharmacy. As a Supervisor, Patient Care - Call Center! The Supervisor, Patient Care - Call Center will oversee, train and mentor the Patient Care and Pharmacy Technician teams that process new patient referrals. The Supervisor, Patient Care - Call Center will collaborate with the Managers on operational procedures and performance goals including, queues and workflow.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPERVISOR, PATIENT CARE - CALL CENTER

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related discipline OR equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' experience working in a specialty pharmacy setting on a patient service team
  • MUST have at least 1 year of Supervisory experience overseeing a team

HOURS OF THIS POSITION FOR SUPERVISOR, PATIENT CARE - CALL CENTER

Monday - Friday (Rotating shift hours weekly- mid shift of 11AM - 8PM

SALARY FOR SUPERVISOR, PATIENT CARE - CALL CENTER

Starting at $21/hr+ (Depending on Experience)
