Supervises administrative and clinical staff within the Care Coordination Center and within the Answering Service Center, with responsibility for implementation of policies and procedures to guarantee efficient operations and strong patient care. Works as functioning staff member in both the Care Coordination Call area and Answering Service.
1. Education and Training
2. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio. BSN preferred.
Three to five years progressive related experience, including management and clinical experience in a medical office setting is required. Proven experience managing staff, high call volume and working with physicians highly preferred.
4. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
. Service and results oriented with exceptional customer service, organizational, management, communication and team building skills required.
. Knowledge of practice management software preferred, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office products, predominantly Word and Excel.
. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with physicians, medical office personnel and other customers is essential.
. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
