Position Title:

Sr. Attorney-Hydrocarbons

Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

This position is a highly experienced attorney who has developed significant expertise in one or more substantive areas of the law.

This position needs a candidate with broad based transactional experience with International EPC projects

This position has substantial responsibility for complex legal matters and provides advice and counsel to internal clients without supervision.

Review and negotiation of contracts related to projects (vendor contracts, exceptions, forms, etc. including drafting contract documents including large International EPC projects

This position often provides training and guidance to less experienced attorneys and is often engaged in large longer-term projects.



J.D. Licensed Attorney with and 5

years of experience

International Travel required

Broad based transactional experience including international projects

Familiar with Compliance / Anti-Corruption

Team Player

Strong communicator with employees of all levels

Ability to establish and maintain credibility and trust throughout organization

Ability to quickly assimilate information relating to complex issues

Personal and professional maturity

Organizational knowledge

Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
