Some of your duties will include:

  • Lead a team of security specialists offering technical support
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assume responsibility for your team to include leadership and guidance
  • Ensure SLA’s are met and offer continuous support improvements
  • Develop your team to offer best in class service
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure that the correct levels of skills are scheduled
  • Act as escalation point as necessary
  • Provide comprehensive reports as required
  • Provide technical support if needs arise
  • Ensure that your team is fully trained and skill levels are maintained and developed

Do you have the following knowledge and experience?

  • Knowledge of ITIL and ISO processes
  • Possess excellent leadership abilities in a technical environment
  • Have the drive to implement departmental and company improvements
  • Strong emphasis on providing the best possible customer experience
  • Strong multitasking abilities managing a busy department
  • Comfortable working in a client facing environment as the need arises
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Knowledge of IT Security and IPS/WAF/Firewalls is highly advantageous although not essential
