Job description


Our client located in the Monterey Park, CA area is looking for a Service Desk II for a Contract position.

The Service Desk II is responsible for delivering Quality Assurance/Quality Control services to internal and external client customers. This assignment is for a district-wide project that is replacing existing end-user PCs and laptops that have reached end-of-life.

The QA/QC role for this project is responsible for ensuring various end-user applications are compatible with the new OS, clients "base Image", and hardware. Frequent communication and partnership with end-users and IT staff are expected. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong technical background and knowledge of IT QA best practices. It is required that candidate have excellent oral and written communication skills.
