To work on a dedicated Service Desk supporting 2500 users and multiple sites Raise, manage, update and resolve customer Incidents and Requests within SLA Password Resets / Account Unlocks New User Account creation Exchange / Outlook Administration and Support Active Directory Administration and Support.
