We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
- Office facilities management advice and support across new project/maintenance work and planning
- Closely engage and monitor vendor and contractors service standard
- Engage in new project analysis, research and planning stages with long term optimization planning
- Prepare and in-charge of office goods/project procurement and tendering process including pricing analysis, tendering and selecting process to ensure the compliance of internal guidelines
- Degree in Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Property Management or related disciplines
- at least 5 years of experience in office facilities management with proven exposure in managing office renovation/maintenance projects and procurement process
- Strong interpersonal skills and vendor management experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
