Our client is seeking to recruit an enterprising and proactive SEN TA to join their already impressive faculty, who ideally can start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be required to work in lessons with individuals, or occasionally in small groups in order to support well-being and independence. The role will also require the candidate to work with students displaying a broad range of special educational needs and those who require additional support across various subjects.
Ultimately, our client is looking for a passionate and committed individual with an ability to adapt to meet the needs of their students. Applicants require positive behaviour management and communication skills with also the ability to remain calm in sometimes high pressured situations.
