Job description

Administrator & PA support for Sales Team

Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000 - £26K
Location: East Grinstead

My Client is seeking a dedicated and reliable team player to join their business as Sales Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for enquiries, order confirmations and stock allocation. You will also be expected to plan stock orders and ensure on time delivery to customers to correct order specifications
Customer Service and support to the Sales team is required so excellent communication and organisation skills are a must.
The role also provides PA/Administrative support to the General Manager, including event organising, training and presentations.

Key essentials for the ideal candidate:

* Must be friendly and co-operative
* Interested in their job and happy to help others when needed
* Team player
* Computer literate to a high standard on all key Windows programs
