As part of a cohesive national team, you will be responsible for providing the business with an independent assurance of operational, legal and procedural compliance in respect of management of stock and cash, Health and Safety and Inventory verification. You will ensure compliance to general controls & procedures and to safety standards and ensure that management stock takes are accurate: Conducting investigations into poor stock results and identifying instances of theft & fraud. Identifying areas of risk, highlighting any weaknesses in controls, making recommendations and formulating action plans. Conducting and presenting at training sessions for Managers.
You will have experience of working in compliance / internal audit, have good IT skills, be able to work on your own initiative and be a good communicator and relationship builder. Salary: £30,800 OTE (£28,000 basic + 10% incentive Bonus paid quarterly) + Car + Benefits (25 days holiday + BH's + Contributory Pension + Discount)
