Job description

Bright Horizons, voted Great Place to Work for the last 13 consecutive years, are looking to expand our Recruitment Team. Due to growth, we are looking for a passionate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Recruitment Team in Rushden, on a 12 month contract basis.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work as part of the Recruitment Team, driving all elements of the recruitment process within a defined portfolio of nurseries, supporting and coaching hiring managers with resourcing and recruiting staff safely, and sourcing candidates through innovative methods whilst working to KPIs, including driving offers accepted.

This will be based in our Rushden, Northamptonshire Head Office on a full time basis. Part time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

Advertising vacancies online
Sifting and telephone screening shortlisted applicants
Sourcing candidates from CV databased and LinkedIn
Maintaining and developing a candidate database
Supporting the Hiring Manager with arranging interviews, keeping an up-to-date interview diary
Providing candidates with necessary interview information
Ensuring a positive candidate life cycle, from application to offer
Answering the Recruitment phone line, supporting with a variety of queries from both internal and external customers, following the query through to completion.

Recommended Education/ Experience/ Skills

Previous experience in recruitment or a similar field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst meeting deadlines
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
Interpersonal and influencing skills
