Job description

Recruitment Ops Manager required for a 6 month contract working for a multi national organisation based in Leeds City centre paying up to £400 per day.

This role will be responsible for effectively leading the successful execution of large scale recruitment, selection & resource management for various client engagements across all touchpoints (recruitment, selection, on-boarding etc.) to ensure a scalable, profitable & efficient process which meets agreed timings & SLAs.

You duties will include:

Effective management and control of internal processes & people to ensure the delivery of required resources to a correct and defined plan
Managing and maintaining the relationship of third parties they use to support with recruitment
Effective management of internal & external stakeholders
Managing and utilising the MI, using it to call out issues, direct potential solutions & hold others to account
Review & audit of current processes with the permission to overhaul / update these where required
You will be responsible for performance & team management and leadership as well as being responsible & accountable for the effective relationship management between Managed Services & its contractor resource supplier & other associated recruitment partners
Looking at the strategy of various projects ensuring that the best way to recruit for desired roles is adhered to as well as strategist the most cost effective recruitment strategy.

This list is not extensive and you will be required to perform any tasks that may be required to ensure the smooth running of various large scale recruitment projects potential overseeing hundreds of vacancies at once.

To be successful in this role you must have the following experience.

Experience in overseeing large scale recruitment campaigns. Potentially more than one campaign at once and ideally looking at hundreds of roles and of working to a defined time frame. Fast paced recruitment and selection experience is essential.
Ideally you will have experience working with various and multiple RPO's and MSP's.
Experience of working at stakeholder level and proven experience of building strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.
Proven ability to work with & where necessary challenge & hold to account other functions, incl. cross-divisional & external partners to achieve business objectives
Proven ability to work at all levels to shape & influence contractual discussions with suppliers
Proven ability to lead & develop resources effectively & appropriately
