We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our multi-disciplined branch in Sutton, working on our Office and Finance desk developing and increasing our current client base.

The successful applicant will be joining a busy, consistently performing office, we are able to provide some key clients and you will generate commission from day one.

The ideal applicant will need to be able to work at an enjoyable pace within a lively fun office environment and most importantly have a desire to achieve a high annual income.

A pre-existing knowledge of recruiting within this sector would be beneficial in this role, but not essential.

As the ideal candidate you will;
* Have proven B2B sales experience
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have fantastic customer service skills
* Have a proven track record of constantly achieving set KPIs and targets
* Have the ability to work independently and in a close knit team
* Be able to work in a sometimes pressurised environment
* Be self-motivated and ambitious

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full UK driving licence.
