Centric Recruitment have an immediate requirement for a Recruitment Administrator.

Responsible for providing a day to day support for recruitment consultants as well as contributing to the smooth running of the office. This will be a varied, sometimes high pressured role, but the succseful candidate will be rewarded with full support and fantastic career progression.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering and screening of calls
  • Meeting and greeting of candidates and clients in the office
  • Undertake administration duties to support Consultants
  • Update database and formatting of CVs
  • Administer payroll on a weekly basis for a large temp division
  • Requesting references from employers
  • Ensuring all candidate packs are compliant
  • Advertising jobs on Job Boards and Job Centre website
  • Ensure spread sheets are kept up to date
  • Format and send out of marketing information to both clients and candidates
  • Handling client / candidate enquiries
  • Photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing
  • Order stationary & other office supplies

  • Conversant with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook
