Travel to each location a minimum of one time per quarter to maintain overall familiarity with the Truck Center Companies locations and personnel. E. Maintain professional image and demeanor. II. RECRUITING:A. Assist department managers in determining staffing needs, skills & experience requirements for all positions. Keep abreast of current industry wage and salary levels for all TCC markets. B. Develop a basic understanding of all positions in the company including qualifications, duties performed, working conditions, training and promotional opportunities within the company.C. Arrange for temporary staffing when required.D. Develop and implement ideas and options for generating additional applicants when needed. Solicit referrals from current employees, and other sources as needed.E. Screen, interview and evaluate applicants. Arrange interviews with hiring managers.F. Develop a recruiting strategy and implement.G. Implement a remote recruiting strategy for high schools.H. Expand involvement in high schools in each dealership location.I. Conduct presentations to students and the community to bring awareness to the transportation industry and TCC.J. Join boards throughout NE, IA, KS and MN that compliment our TCC recruiting strategy.K. Attend career fairs and ensure each dealership is aware of career fairs in their market.L. Will be expected to learn skills of other interacting positions within the department in order to fully understand all aspects of office procedures.M. Maintain an updated recruiting approach. Ensure it is constantly applicable to match TCC's needs.QualificationsA. Must have knowledge of public relations, marketing, recruiting, and human resources.B. Must have working knowledge of e-marketing and various forms of social media.C. Must have effective oral and written communication skills.D. Regular travel is required to all locations. A valid driver's license is required.E. Should be capable of occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
