Reporting to the House Manager, the Recovery Advocate provides youth client
supervision and to ensure compliance with program schedule during waking and
sleeping hours. Phoenix House, the nation?s leading non-profit substance abuse
service provider, offers substance abuse services to the Dallas, Austin and the
Houston/Galveston Bay communities that offer a continuum of care including
community coalition mobilization, prevention education, residential and
outpatient treatment, day treatment, aftercare and family support services.

School diploma or equivalent


+ At
least one-year experience working with youth or substance abuse population


+ Strong
organizational skills

+ Effective
verbal and written communication skills

+ Good
computer skills

+ Must
maintain a valid TX Drivers? License, have proof of automobile insurance and
maintain a safe driving record based on Phoenix House policy.
