Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant - Bradley Stoke, Bristol - £12 per hour

Job Title: Purchase Ledger
Salary: £12 per hour
Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol
To Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary - 3 months possibly longer
Hours: Monday - Thursday, flexible start and finish times (min 20 hours- max 30 hours)

Key Skills: 2 years accounts/finance/purchase ledger experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global defence contractor for a Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join their team. This opportunity will see you working within a company who ever expanding and offer opportunities to progress forward within the business.

This position as Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant will see you complete duties:
·Data entry to sales ledger, purchase ledger including invoicing and payment allocation
·Daily entering of data to create time management and reports.
·Submission of information to relevant departments
·Processing expenses
·Operation of purchase ledger including invoice entering, setting up of monthly payment runs, solving any supplier queries and distribution of remittance advice.
·Filing of invoices and other items.
·General Admin tasks to help support departments and Accounts team.

This role Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant will have a need for the successful candidate to ideally 2 years' experience within accounts/finance with some purchase ledger knowledge. This role will include essential information in putted on a daily basis. The Successful Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant will be able to work well on their own initiative and be happy working within a small team environment.
