Job description

Notes from the manager :

• Assignment through 12/31/2021 at this time, potential for extension/direct hire, but not guaranteed

• Candidates must be local to Houston, Texas (selected candidate will be in office initially for training and getting-started, but will have the option to work remotely following training)

• Work Schedule: 9/80

• Top candidates will have a passion for self-development (personal development and development of others), “coaching spirit”, possibly experience being a coach (i.e., sports) and/or experience with website administration/technical aptitude


• Manage the administration and coordination of team and individual assessments. Working in partnership with the OD consultant in time to review and analyze the results for customer and team engagement.
• Manage the team SharePoint, Workplace and Teams site for posting of assessment results, team development content sharing and communications.
• Coordinate the schedule of coaching engagements with internal coaches and external vendors. Ensure that engagement is on track, invoicing is complete and correct business is charged for intercompany billing, where applicable
• Responsible for internal and external Coaching Analytics coordination for tracking and sharing with various stakeholders and partners
Coordinate logistics and support of BetterUp implementations, Community of Practice, internal group coaching, and senior leader NLAs

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interface with upper level management/executives
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential
• Previous experience with computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• Previous experience working in a corporate environment
• Experience with website administration/technical aptitude
