Job description

Stefanini is looking for a Process Writer who will serves as the highest level of technical expert within technical writing by directing and managing technical writing projects. May act as a first-level supervisor in evaluating lower level staff's performance.

Responsible for preparing and reviewing text for printed and on-line manuals and related technical documentation, and is accountable for ensuring all written text is complete and accurate. Applies an understanding of customer requirements and the end-users' level of technical aptitude when writing or editing documentation. May serve as a team lead or technical expert for a project section or an entire project. Interviews developers and other experts to understand design and test specifications, diagrams, and schematics.

Level Scope: Has thorough understanding of technical concepts required for specialized field. Uses that knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems. Provides work leadership to others. Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction.

Security Architect

Education and Experience:

BS and 6 + years or equivalent


(1) Ability to serve as a team lead, supervise, and manage projects effectively

(2) Ability to understand the customer's technical requirements translate their requirements into technical documentation

(3) Excellent written communication skills in relation to technical documentation

(4) Expert knowledge of technical platforms and development life cycles
