We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Sea Mar Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-time Mental Health Therapist II, III or Licensed Mental Health Therapist to work in our clinic in Mount Vernon. Therapists provide individual therapy, case management, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and may leads groups. In addition, they will provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary physicians and other community partners. Must have the ability to accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans based upon diagnoses. Licensed therapist may also be asked to do some supervisory duties.

Education and/or Experience:

+ Master?s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes course-work in psychological diagnostics

+ Must demonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic and professionalism as well as be able to multi-task and efficiently use office Computer Software including MS Office Products, Cerner and other Medical Software

+ Must meet WAC requirements for a Mental Health Professional

+ Excellent verbal and written skills

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred, but not required
