Organisation Design Manager (£55,000 - £62,000)

Our client, a global organisation, is looking for an OD Manager to deliver structural and cultural changes in line with the business strategy. This role will report to the Director of OD and Change and will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver an effective and sustainable operating platform.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and take accountability for organisational design projects within the company. Work collaboratively with senior leadership to design and implement the Organisation design strategy that meets with business needs. Effectively build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and keep them informed with strategy changes to support resource efficiency. Strategically assist the global organisation development strategy that identifies changes and supports business goals.Ensure the alignment of design and development initiatives by advising business leaders and HR teams.

Required Experience:

    A strong demonstrable background within organisation design and development initiatives.Previous experience working in international and multicultural organisations.Ability to shape and support strategic change programmes to positively affect business outcomes.Strong understanding of culture change within an organisation. Effectively and independently work within a fast paced, changing environment. Degree qualified and preferably CIPD qualified.
