We are lookingfor Secretary cum JuniorAccountant The idealcandidate must be: - Advanced computerskills in MS Office, anddatabase management. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving,project management and communication skills. - Confidant, welldressed, presentable, team player, polite, self-motivated andenergetic. 

PlusPoints: - Expertisewith Quick Booksand/or anyother equivalent accounting software. - Extensive knowledgeof UAEVAT. JobRoles:

  • Answeringcalls, taking messages, and handling correspondences.
  • Maintaining diaries and arrangingappointments.
  • Organizing and servicingmeetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Maintaining databases, contacting clients and creatingleads.
  • Preparing accounts and taxreturns.
  • Controlling income andexpenditure.
  • Compiling and presenting reports,budgets, business plans, and financial statements.
  • Issuing quotations, LPO's, invoices, andfollowing-up payments.
  • Job Benefits 1- Nine(9) working hours per day 2- Five (5) working days a week 3- Two(2) days weekly off 4- Two (2) years employment visa 5- Annual paidvacation with return flight tickets. 

    Salary: AED2,000.00 to AED4,000.00 /month
