Job description

  • Below is the role

    • Support Engineers to address customer submitted issues around the Amplify Tool Stack (Rave, CMAT, ViewPoint, LMI)
    • Creating cases and perform triage and troubleshooting to resolve Tier 1 issues
    • Escalate tickets which they cannot resolve to the appropriate team
    • Teams will be working regular Business hours (PST time) and will be available for On-call rotation for ICM incidents

    Must have: o365 support, ticketing system
