*The Day-to-Day

Welcome and/or acknowledge each guest with a warm smile, maintained eye-contact, and a friendly, appropriate greeting;
Effectively closing out the hotels business day based on companys standards;
Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner;
Ensure wake-up calls are appropriately entered and processed;
Be constantly alert and vigilant to suspicious behaviors and situations;
Supply guests/residents with accurate information about the property, its amenities, services, hours of operation, local area attractions;
Maintain an organized, well-stocked workstation and always ensure that the incoming shift is set up for success. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Prior experience in similar position.

Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
