National Compliance and Maintenance manager overseeing an Estate reviewing PPM & Reactive Maintenance and co-ordinating sub-contractors. Field based - 4 days a week travel and 1 day a week in Manchester.

All compliance statutory and mandatory for the properties related to the below regulations.
Overseeing PPM & Reactive Maintenance expenditure budget along with the Discipline Director
Creating strong relationships with sub-contractors, ensuring their work managed and reviewed, and sourcing new contractor relationships where required.
Managing relationship with the building information systems, utilising the support department and identifying improvements where needed and running the implementation of those.
Visiting the Estate to evaluate Repair and Maintenance issues
Any other further major repair and maintenance issue involvement across the Estate

Experience of Built Environment legislation and required compliance
Problem Solver, motivated and keen to get the job done
Excellent Time Management skills, able to prioritise workload
Team worker, with excellent communication skill and able to work across disciplines
IT Literate, and ideally experienced in using property management softwares such as ProNett
Willing to travel and sometimes stay over - essential
Full UK driving license essential
