Job description

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy roles
  • 5+ years of recent experience in Advertising Agency environment
  • Healthcare and Higher Education expertise a plus
  • Expertise in marketing automation and data management a plus


Role:

  • Directing branding and marketing plans through analysis of current market data and trends, including all digital and traditional methods and evolving media
  • Developing positioning recommendations, guiding/performing market research analysis and defining brand elements and tone
  • Using big-picture thinking, storytelling, insights, and synthesis in the development of agreed-upon end-goals
  • Anticipating future trends and success of a product or service
  • Being detail-oriented, as well as being an expert in statistics and research analysis
  • Keeping up-to-date with audience preferences and proactively recommending new campaigns
  • Thought leadership on technology and media developments
  • Keeping projects within all progressive and final deadlines
  • Keeping projects within budget
  • Working closely with appropriate team members to achieve client objectives, and keeping them up to date on project status
  • Training and mentoring supporting team members, and assisting them with creative tasks and technical details
  • Coordinating with/management of vendors
  • Client and account presentation, participation and involvement (on and off-site)
