The Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will perform outbound calls and service inbound calls on behalf of the South Dakota State University Athletics Department with a concentration on ticketed sports.
Inventory which is available for sale include, but not limited to:
a. Season tickets
b. Season ticket upgrades and add-ons
c. Group tickets
d. Partial/Mini-Plan ticket packages
e. Single game tickets
f. Bowl game tickets
g. Chair back cushion seats
h. Donations to the Athletic Department
