The profile requires multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. Implementing processes and procedures that increased operational efficiency managing daily functions of the office and premises. Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal matters.. Managing calendar, travel, expense management and other administrative support to the Compliance Team Pune and Mumbai. Scheduling calls/meetings /appointments, conferences, workshops and town halls by providing necessary logistic support . Supporting Compliance Management team with arranging flight tickets, accommodation for International and domestic travel. Managing senior management visits and other logistic arrangements for appropriate meetings and other events. Expense reimbursement and ensuring the claim is reimbursed within the due dates. Co-ordinate with local site management for all administrative and office facilities management. Ordering and handling office stationary, keeping track of IT assets. Help in creating presentations, org Charts and any other tasks allotted by the manager. . To coordinate and handle the end to end Hiring, Onboarding and Induction for all employees. Effectively maintaining weekly new joiners and Termination in Beeline. Weekly raising VM access, allocating desks for new joiners. Planning on the seating space across Compliance Team with the dedicated home zones and 85% occupancy norms for smart working. Keep track of allocated and available seats in all office locations in India and follow local site management procedures for the same. Invoice processing and Budget tracking . Support in organizing town halls, floors connects, newsletters and other communication related activities . Driving and planning all team events, organizational initiatives. Any other team assistance as required.Your future colleaguesCompliance now staffs 2 DIRs, plus there are plans of expansion in Pune as being the primary site. It is imperative that there is adequate administrative support in place from invoicing, travel and expenses, seating and IT support among things so the functional managers can focus on building capability and delivering. There is an urgent admin support requirement for Compliance teams based in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore. Given the growth plans of the organization it is critical that a full time admin is hired to support the team India CCO team comprises of two key parts - First is Compliance coverage for all deployed (ex-BDC) functions based in India (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore), across Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and others. Second part is the deployed activities of global CCO processes that are carried out from Pune.CCO India provides independent oversight and control over the compliance and regulatory risks. We conduct Compliance risk assessments so to minimize potential risks to CS's reputation and the violation of laws or regulations.
