Job description

Whole Life Engineering department is currently seeking a Logistician to support a US Navy Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract for the AN/AAS-44C(V) FLIR and Q27/29 systems. The logistician will be responsible for the leadership of the logistics support team in charge of meeting or exceeding the contract requirements regarding repair quantities and Period of Performance. This role will oversee forecasting and filling of requisitions made by the Navy Customer, the proactive management of the repair line, and the estimating of material requirements utilized both at the Client McKinney facility and at an offsite facility at Jacksonville, FL.

Key to this position meeting customer requirements in the most efficient method possible. This is a program leadership position supporting the overarching material management on the PBL sustainment contract which reports directly to the Program Office.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task. Candidate at times will be called upon to support communication with internal and external customers/suppliers. Candidate will support any Government Furnished Property audits by both internal and external customers.

The individual responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Oversee the Management of Customer Owned Material in an External Logistics System - Web-based Commercial Asset Management System (WebCAV) and an Inventory System Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS).
Oversee the Maintenance of Data in Both Systems to Include, But Are Not Limited to, the Addition, Deletion or Updating of Material Inventory Data, and the Processing of Receipt and Issue Transactions.
Coordination of Program Inventory by Integrating the Logistics Support Team, Supply Chain, and Operations
Management of the Processing of All field Returns through Raytheon internal SAP System, PRISM, for Induction to the Factory.
Development & Review of WRA Repair Forecast, Line of Balance, and SRA Requirements
Support Obsolescence Management by Analyzing Future Requirements and Development of Business Case Analysis (BCA)
End to End Management and Status Reporting of Government Furnished Material
