Ambitious Commercial Property Legal Secretary sought for thriving Leicestershire firm!

We are now seeking a talented legal secretary to join our clients busy and fast-paced commercial property department to undertake a broad and diverse range of duties. You will be providing extensive support to fee earners and help other secretarial staff when required.


- Preparing correspondence
- File management
- Completing SDLT returns
- Preparing legal documentation
- Making appointments
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Diary management
- Audio typing
- Providing secretarial support
- General administrative work
- Telephony

The Candidate

- Applications are welcomed from legal secretaries of all levels
- Ideally you will have commercial property experience, but this is not essential
- Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Keen eye for detail
- Great organisational skills
- Able to use own initiative
