Learning Support Manager - Permanent role based in Bury St Edmunds -Term Time Only
£26,043 - £27,771 Pro-Rata depending on qualifications and experience
An excellent opportunity for an inspiring and ambitious Learning Support Manager has arisen to join our Management Team. Working for one of the top 5% of colleges in the UK with one of the largest and successful SEND departments in Suffolk, you will support the Management team in driving forward on our journey to Ofsted Outstanding.
We are looking for a driven, innovative candidate with a creative mind-set who has the ability to engage both staff, students and external partners. You will be integral in ensuring that our students receive an exceptional experience whilst working closely with Further Education, Higher Education, Adult Education and the Apprenticeship teams.
With a background gained within supporting learners, you will lead and manage all aspects of the Learning Support team and related activities. You will take responsibility for the operational leadership of your department working closely with the Director of Learning Support and the SEND Manager. The successful applicant will be encouraged to further grow and develop the provision.
You will ideally be educated to level 4 or equivalent and have sound management experience along with experience of working within an educational environment.
