Job Role: Learning & DevelopmentCoordinator Due to thecurrent VISA RESTRICTIONS only candidates from within the UAE witha current UAE Residence Visa can be considered for thisvacancy  ALearning & Development Coordinator is responsibleidentifying and providing training to Team Members to deliver anexcellent staff experience while working with and ensuring that alldepartments are achieving their training objectives.As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you areresponsible for identifying and providing training to Team Membersto deliver an excellent staff experience. A Learning &Development Coordinator will also be required to assist departmentsin achieving training objectives. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards: Provide quality trainingto Team Members Assist in coordinating andadministering Vocational Qualification Adhereto in-house training plan Identify trainingand development needs systematically throughout the hotel inconjunction with Line Managers/Head of Department, HR Manager, andLearning & Development Manager AssistLine Manager/Head of Department in achieving training objectivesand review on a monthly basis Prepare,organise, administer and conduct in-house training courses ie.Recruitment and Selection, Discipline and GrievanceEnsure new employees have received departmental and legaltraining Hold monthly Departmental meetingswith trainers to ensure training needs are being covered To successfully fill this role, you shouldmaintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values thatfollow: Previous experience inHR/training Positive attitudeExcellent communication and people skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service,both internally and externally Excellentgrooming standards Flexibility to respond to arange of different work situations Ability towork under pressure Ability to work on theirown or in teams It would beadvantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the followingcapabilities and distinctions: CIPDqualified Knowledge of hospitality
