Temp Knowledge Exchange Project Officer
based Manchester City Centre - with some travel in UK
PAY £14.85 start asap

Working on behalf of a leading University

The aim of this role would be to provide administrative support to the Business Engagement & Knowledge Exchange (BEKE) function at the University of Manchester.
This role will primarily include administrative support to the BEKE functional sub-team for Knowledge Exchange, located in faculties and institutes, supporting projects including Research Council's Impact Accelerator Account (IAA) and Innovate UK's Knowledge Transfer Partnerships programme (KTP)
This will be a dynamic role and subject to the evolving needs of the function, in order that the team can be agile in adapting to future strategies and structures within the University. The role holder should therefore be expected to move across teams within the wider functional team, and to work in a supporting role to/with a number of managers and teams in a matrix management environment.

An ideal candidate would have the following competencies/attributes:

* Substantial experience of minute taking and preparing/distributing meeting packs
* high levels of attention to detail
* strong organisational skills
* willing to travel within the UK and work outside of core hours when required (driving licence preferable)
* ability to work to deadlines
* excel proficient
