Kitchen Manager/Sous ChefEXECUTIVE ORDER is a 21 & older only daytime coffee bar & afternoon to late night cocktail lounge offering a small plates food program.Your mission:The management team orchestrates the magic of the guest experience by leading a team of passionate individuals. What qualities are we looking for?Ability to work a shift other than a day shift, such as pmAbility to work on weekends and holidaysStand for periods of 8-10 hoursWill be cooking on the line 40-50 hours/weekGreat team player with the ability create excellent working relationships across the group.Ability to break down barriers and resolving potential conflicts swiftly and effortlesslyStrong communication and presentation skills to all levels of managementAbility to think outside the box and approach all issues with a completely fresh approachAbility to anticipate needs and over deliver wherever possibleEnthusiastic, passionate, able to enthuse and motivate othersBackground must-have:Must be 21 years old or olderCurrent, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United StatesFood ServiceManagerCardthat is currently valid for a minimum of at least 6 monthsAt least one year experience in a full service restaurant or lounge Preferred: 3-5 years experience in a full service restaurant or lounge
