You will be responsible for working within a small but experienced 2nd line support team and focused on supporting escalations from the service desk as well as face to face support. Due to the nature of the business there will be some cross over to 3rd line providing a great platform to learn new skills and technologies. Duties will include, supporting Uk and some of Europe, occasional UK travel, remote and some face to face support, active directory, Windows Server, 365, virtual environment, windows 10, basic network support, ITIL, active directory and more.

The role:

*2nd line Support
*Windows 10, Active directory, backups, Desktops, basic Network, server, office 365, ITIL
*Remote and face to face support across multiple sites
*Occasional travel (UK and very occasionally Europe)
* Progression into 3rd line 2-3 years
* continuous training and development available
*Small but experienced
*£27'000-£28'000 + £1'500 on call + Progression + Training + Holiday + Pension

The person:

*2nd Line Support experience
*Active directory
*Windows operating systems
*Windows server
*Face to face and remote support experience
*ITIL knowledge
*Some knowledge of Networking (LAN, WAN, Switches)
