"Position: Investment Lending Advisor (Inside Sales Position)Base Salary Plus CommissionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a talented energetic individuals to join our growing investment lending sales team.This opportunity allows for long-term career opportunities within sales production. Your primary responsibility is to help develop and grow our prospective customer pipeline.You will work in a team environment with other ILAs, Business Development Representatives & Managers.All with the common objective to expand awareness of Groundfloor Investment Property Lending Programs while increasing loan production and customer base.ResponsibilitiesSales activity will be a combination of your outbound call efforts as well as inbound activity.Building awareness of Groundfloor real estate lending options.Prospecting activities include Hot/Warm calling as well as nurturing leadsMaintain contact with prospective clients regularly to solicit business and build relationships.Lead sourcing is via companies lead generation efforts in addition to identified potential prospective client and referral partners.Expectations will be 50-100 outbound calls per day.Record all prospecting activity using the companies CRM system.We provide onboarding and training to help familiarize you with the industry and company process.RequirementsPrefer 2 Years of Sales experienceAbility to work in a supervised but not micro managed environmentYou expect to exceed expectations and be recognized as a top performerYou have a strong drive to winRequires strong communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skillsAbility to be detail-oriented while maintaining thorough follow-throughStartup experience a plusSalesforce or CRM experience a plusYou're energetic, positive, and collaborative.
