Protocol are working with a leading FE College based in the West London area. It is a very well-established College graded as "Outstanding" by Ofsted. The College's students are at the heart of what they do, and their priority is to prepare all their learners for the future. The excellent staff and facilities ensure that they provide a well-rounded learning experience to students to help them reach their full potential. Last year the over 800 students from the A-Level and Vocational Courses went on to study at top universities.

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join them on a temporary to permanent basis as a i-Trent Systems Administrator working full time hours 36 hrs per week, 52 weeks of the year. Hourly rate of £20 per hour plus holiday pay. Permanent Salary would be £38000 to £40000 per annum.

Role responsibilities
The iTrent Systems Administrator will play an important part in the administration of the organisation's HR & Payroll system, iTrent. The Administrator will ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer focused service by providing comprehensive support and system administration. The Administrator will provide the College and its stakeholders with the necessary information, data and systems support to enable the effective management of its resources.

The person & qualifications
Degree Qualified in relevant subject area
Previous experience of working as a I-Trent / HR Systems Administrator
Knowledge and understanding of HR and / or Payroll Policies, Process
Extensive use of i-Trent
Able to work closely with stakeholders
Experience in the production and analysis of statistics and management
IT Literate
