Job Role: Human Resources ManagerJOB OBJECTIVE We are seeking an experienced HR Managerwith outstanding people skills to develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy,manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programsand initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overallbusiness objectives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES& RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment &Selection Design and implement anoverall recruiting strategy. Formulate plansfor meeting the company's manpower requirement and ensureproper utilization of existing human resources to meetorganizational objectives. Ensure developmentand updation of job descriptions and job specifications for allpositions in the Organization. Manage entirelife cycle of recruitment process till on-boarding of thecandidates. Ensure smooth On-boarding of newhires. Promote the company'sreputation as "best place to work"Provide detailed report on Recruitment statistics to theManagement. Liaising with the PRO on visaprocess of new and current employees Performance Appraisals Design & implement Performance Management Systembased on best practices with the aim to provide a fair andtransparent performance management across the entireorganization. Lead the performance managementcycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accuratecompletion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates,communications). Provide support to linemanagers in applying the Performance Management System should theyface challenges with the implementation.Develop tools and support material to help employees andtheir line managers in understanding the Performance ManagementSystem. Lead calibration of the ratings& following procedures for the final employee performanceevaluation. Establish methods to reduceturnover related to poor performance. Compensation & Benefits Guide job analysis, job evaluations and job grading usingappropriate methodology Review market data andprepare pay scales and benefits schedules based on benchmarkingresults. Design and implement strategiccompensation & benefits policies.Reviews staff C&B practices across the Group toensure compliance with company policies, local legislation andguidelines and best practices. Monitor andevaluate effectiveness of staff C&B practices to ensureongoing competitiveness within the job marketplace.Develop specific pay plans and strategies as needed fortargeted employee groups as needed to compete with marketconditions and trends, ensuring overall internal equity,consistency with Group values and policies, and compliance withlocal laws, regulations, and guidelines. Training & Development Monitor preparation of annual training calendar based onTraining needs analysis with annual training budget.Monitor learning needs assessments and creating learningplans, both behavioral and functional. Providereporting on key programs and provide feedback reports on learningprograms. Guide best practice of evaluation oftraining programs to assess its effectiveness.Guide and monitor of Training ROI. Payroll Advise on payrollbest practices and procedures. Ensure timelyrunning of payroll related data and provides reports asneeded. Acts as subject matterexpert for payroll processing transactions. Reviews, analyzes and verifies payroll reports anddocuments for accuracy; makes necessary adjustments or correctionsusing established procedures. Analyzes andresponds to complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge ofpayroll policies and procedures. Monitoremployee records with compliance & accuracy. Policies & Strategies Develop HR Strategic planning process,ensuring comprehensive strategies, plans and budgets are developed,approved and communicated both within HR and to necessaryfunctions. Design & roll out HRpolicies to ensure policies are fit for current and future purposeand aligned with the business and HR strategy.Collaborate with line managers and other departments inHuman Resources to create Organizational hierarchy, successionstrategies & HR budget aligned to businessobjectives. Manage the review ofCompany's structures and updating approved changes in thestructure/layout. Leads key HR crossfunctional projects as assigned by the Employee Retention Nurturea positive working environment. Contribute tothe implementation of attraction and retention strategies to ensurecompany's retention programs are meet as permanagement's expectations. Provideguidance for gathering qualitative retention data by facilitatinganalyzing employee surveys etc. EstablishIncentive Plans for employee motivation.Develop innovative opportunities for advancement andcareer paths for employees. Bridge managementand employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or otherissues. AD-HOC ACTIVITIES * Assistin Ad-hoc activities Prepare reportsas requested by the Management PERFORMANCE MEASURES * Knowledge of HR systems anddatabases Competence to build andeffectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of thecompany. Knowledge of human resourcesmanagement practices and procedures with in-depth understanding ofthe local UAE labor law. Salary:AED15,000.00 to AED20,000.00 /month Experience:hr: 5 years (Required)
