Job Role: Human ResourcesExecutive PRE-OPENING ROLE Due to the current VISARESTRICTIONS only candidates from within the UAE with a current UAEResidence Visa can be considered for thisvacancy  AHuman Resources Executive is responsible for supporting andadvising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver anexcellent team member experience while assisting with all employeerelations. As a Human Resources Executive, youare responsible for supporting and advising management on properpolicies and procedures to deliver an excellent team memberexperience.  A Human Resources Executive will also berequired to manage succession planning and employee relations.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards: Support and advise Managers on proper policies andprocedures Support, supervise and train HRTeam Members on policies, procedures and work processesManage succession planning with senior managers duringthe bi-annual appraisal process Manage teammember relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner,including disciplinaries, grievances, and capabilityEnsure absence monitoring is in line with companyguidelines Maintain online human resourcessystem, payroll system, and monthly reportingEnsure recruitment and selection process is adhered toand ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carriedout Assist in determining departmentaltraining requirements Ensure completion oftraining for hotel security, fire regulations and other health andsafety legislation Assist in the organisationof team member social events Work with localorganisations and schools to promote the hospitalityindustry Promote and endorse team memberbenefits Assist and resolve team member andmanagement queries What are we lookingfor?   AHuman Resources Executive serving Hilton brands is always workingon behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Tosuccessfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude,behaviours, skills, and values that follow: Previous experience in Human Resources Executive orequivalent Positive attitudeGood communication and people skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service,both internally and externally Excellentgrooming standards Flexibility to respond to arange of different work situations Ability towork under pressure Ability to work on theirown and in teams It would beadvantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the followingcapabilities and distinctions: CIPDqualified or working towards qualification, orequivalent Knowledge of hospitalityGood knowledge of employment law and employeerelations IT proficiency
