HRIS Manager - 12 Month FTC - £50,000

Our client based on the outskirts of Oxford are currently looking for an experience HRIS Manager to join the on a 12 month fixed term contract base to optimise the coordination between HR and other functions including third party vendors.
Your new role
As HRIS Manager you will be responsible for managing the continuous development of the organisations HR system by implementing new functions, identifying processes that can be automated and also liaise with the third party suppliers in regards to upcoming updates and changes. You will also partner with both Human Resource and Technology teams to identify any future impacts on reporting and internal systems, providing knowledgeable advise.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the HR Function and have previously worked on a HRIS Implementation or development project. You will have exceptional time management skills and an excellent attention to detail.
