Working for a global company as a HR Change and Comms Lead based in Surrey this is paying £500 per day ltd for the next 11 months with an asap start.

Responsibilities

  • Key role acting as a conduit across various stakeholder teams in designing and executing key change messages and ensuring continued engagement as a global payroll and time system is rolled out.

  • To provide " hands on" support in structuring, designing and creating training materials that can be utilised across the deployments

  • Creating and then implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize programme acceptance and usage and which minimize resistance. The position will also have expert knowledge of developing training and communications plans and will ensure these are fully integrated into all initiatives and activities.

  • Experienced Change Manager with capability to plan, design and execute all change initiatives.

  • Identify and create training requirements and materials and co-ordinate execution as part of the change management plan

  • Articulate the change in simple terms & work with the Communications Team to provide effective and timely communication

  • Comfortable working both remotely and face to face with stakeholder group: able to use online meeting tools such a business skype to host some meetings

  • Provide a weekly report of achievements against plan to the programme lead and articulate risks, issues and mitigations for these

  • Demonstrates the personal drive, confidence and influencing skills to ensure successful implementation

Skills and Capabilities

  • Must have taken a hands on roll in change management for a multinational global company, and proven track record of overcoming language barriers.

  • Must have knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Familiar in working in a regulated environment and adhere to polices, procedures and guidelines.

  • Ability to have strong stakeholder skills with good attention to detail.
