HR Administrator- Great Company - Maternity Contract

A leading Tech company has a new opportunity for a skilled HR Administrator to join their HR Team.

They are looking for a proactive individual to join their very collaborative team.

Reporting to the HR Manager and HR Advisor, the role will be responsible for handling the administration of HR matters for staff based at the UK office.

Typical responsibilities will include -

Create personal files for all IC employees, ensuring all relevant details are stored, e.g CVs, offer letters, Transfer letters, passport copies etc

Maintain and update records as required

Support Management in local HR projects, process & HR infrastructure optimization initiatives

Support Team in setting up HR & Operation Services meetings & events; co-ordinate New Joiner days and run induction

Work with relevant Partners to confirm probation for new employees.

Create and provide reference and general letters from the templates provided.

Assist in the global mobility process through the collection/drafting of A1 forms as required. Updating and maintaining the tracker.

Responsible for the HR Inbox ensuring all emails and queries are responded to are passed on to the appropriate person

Prepare and send out accurate contracts and offer letters
