As a Quality Director for the Asia Pacific region, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Quality Engineering department and managing the Quality Management System (QMS). You will ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and other supporting standards. Your ability to partner with Program Managers and project teams will be crucial in providing quality solutions and improvements for our key customers. You will represent the company directly with our customers, ensuring that all quality standards are met. Your collaborative skills will be put to use as you work closely with multiple sites around the world on best practice sharing and lessons learned. Lastly, your leadership skills will be essential in defining and establishing continuous improvement standards throughout the Asia Pacific region.

• Lead the Quality Engineering department, Quality Management System (QMS), and quality assurance disciplines throughout the Asia Pacific Region
• Manage the QMS to ensure compliance to ISO9001, AS9100, and other supporting standards
• Partner with Program Managers and project teams to provide quality solutions and improvements in support of key customers
• Represent the company and work directly with our customers, ensuring quality standards are met
• Work closely with multiple sites around the world on best practice sharing and lessons learned
• Define and establish continuous improvement standards and drive culture throughout Asia Pacific

As the Quality Director for the Asia Pacific region, you will bring a full understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system standards. You will have the ability to influence, lead, and motivate at all levels within the organization. Your technical literacy, problem-solving and critical thinking skills will be put to good use.

• Full understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese & English
• Ability to influence, lead, and motivate at all levels in the organization
• Technical literacy, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems, policies and procedures
• Experience working with defense industry quality requirements (i.e., DFARs, FAI, AS9100, ISO9001)
• General knowledge of statistics and statistical process control
• Diverse knowledge of inspection control methods, techniques, and standards
• Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives such as 6S, 8D, Poke Yoke, Jidoka, Andon, Zero Defect Methodology, DOE, PFMEA's, TPM
• Proficiency in structured problem solving and leading others in root cause and corrective/Preventative action analysis

Salary: HKD70,000 - HKD100,000 per month + x 12 Months

Salary: HKD40,000 - HKD60,000 per month + Allowance

Salary: HKD35,000 - HKD60,000 per month + Bonus

Salary: HKD70,000 - HKD100,000 per month + Bonus

Salary: HKD65,000 - HKD95,000 per month + x 13 Months + Bonus

Salary: HKD500,000 - HKD1,300,000 per annum + The budget for this position remains the same as before: $100k x 13 + 20% Bonus.
