Job description

1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Support Engineer is required by a Managed Service Provider based in Radstock, Somerset and are offering up to £24k. This role with be to provide technical administration, helpdesk and support services on and off site to SME's in the Somerset area. As well as Face to face client interaction you will support Windows 10, Cloud services, system upgrades, pc troubleshooting and network administration.

This role is also available on a part time basis with a pro rata salary

Experience in 1st / 2nd Line support including;
* Windows 10 professional and enterprise
* Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2016
* System Centre
* Cloud services
* Comms experience - i.e. routing/switching/firewalls
* System upgrades, integration and rollouts
* Network troubleshooting
* 2nd and 3rd line technical support

Preferred experience

* To own your own car
* to be based within 20 miles of the offices
* be able to move between ongoing tasks confidently and be methodical in your approach
* to thrive on challenges and on occasion cope with the pressure of client demands
* be presentable and eloquent as will be client facing
* to be able to work in isolation as well as in a team environment
