Help Desk Analyst Contract to Hire 100 remote currently, but eventually will be located in Santa Ana, Ca 92707 IMMEDIATE NEED to join a well known Financial Services firm in Santa Ana, Ca. Position has a strong contract to hire opportunity and great work environment. Responsibilities This position is the first line of support for internal customers. Will be providing PC Laptop, mobile device, software, and connectivity support. Mode of communication is through phone, chat, and email. This is a 100 remote support position ndash no physical deskside support involved. Position is responsible for working a queue, providing timely and excellent technical customer service, triage and solving problems, and escalating to Network , information security, or desktop Architecture teams when necessary. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Help Desk or Service Desk environment Excellent customer service skills Good communication skills Ability to work with through a ticketing system and call tracking software Should have experience with Windows 810 Explorer 9,10,11 Cisco VPN, Service Now, Cisco VoIP and Soft phone a plus Will be supporting printers ndash HPKodakCanon Scanners and RightFax Additional Mobile device support a strong plus ndash both iOS and Android Should have minimum typing of 40 WPM Please send your resume to Marc Rodriguez, Senior Technical Recruiter for immediate consideration.
