Job Description We are seeking a Head of Growth who will bring technical performance marketing and creative execution to a fast-paced consumer start-up. The Head of Growth will be responsible for defining, leading and executing a strategy to acquire, retain and grow core product paid subscribers. The ideal candidate will improve product KPIs across various touch-points in the user journey, in addition to improving recurring revenue by decreasing churn across the network. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Ownership of a full go-to-market strategy. ● Recruit, manage and inspire a world-class team of acquisition marketers. ● Channel strategy and ongoing channel management across the digital marketing mix, including search, display, paid social, sponsored content, influencer, affiliate, and email. ● Partner with content, product and engineering teams to prioritize and execute growth initiatives. ● Define user acquisition strategy and manage the execution of efficient paid and organic efforts. ● Own our mobile app growth strategy, including ASO, install attribution, deep-linking, referral tracking and mobile web to app conversion. ● Develop system to understand and analyze the end-to-end user journey, including attribution, reactivation, CRM for dropped users, progressive onboarding, etc. ● Design and implement experiments to improve core product and business KPI. ● Optimize user acquisition, activation, retention and revenue funnels. Ideal Qualifications ● Experience developing and growing digital subscription products with significant user traction. ● Experience recruiting and building a highly effective growth team from the ground up. ● Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and ability to set and meet aggressive goals. QUALIFICATIONS ● 5+ years of product marketing and direct to consumer marketing experience. ● Experience successfully owning the growth of consumer mobile apps and expertise with app store optimization and app growth strategy. ● Proven experience driving and understanding funnel analyses, conversion, consumer acquisition, retention and go-to-market strategies. ● Experience effectively driving user acquisition including owned media, earned media, paid acquisition and content marketing with end-to-end attribution. ● Experience defining and executing A/B tests and experiments. ● Demonstrated ability to think strategically, communicate effectively and simultaneously drive tactical execution. ● Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to find meaningful and actionable insights.
