JobDescriptions AsGuest Relations Agent, you will be responsible to provideprofessional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuringtheir stay will become a memorable experience. Responsibilities and essentialjob functions include but are not limited to thefollowing: Conduct in room &hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel activity enquiries/ requests. Maintain an up to date knowledgeof hotel information and local services, including operating hours,promotions, events, attractions and any allied information torespond to guest queries. Provide prompt,courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve ahigh level of customer satisfaction through personalized servicefrom arrival till departure. Maintain anawareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and theoccupancy levels. Ensure guests are personallygreeted by name, if known and escorted to their room to make themfeel expected and welcomed. Accuratelyadminister Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with all laiddown systems, policies and procedures. Processaccounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings ofall incidental charges using computerized Front Officesystems. Demonstrate a complete understandingof the hotel's policies, procedures and service standardsand have full knowledge of the hotel facilities andhappenings. Maintain the privacy of all guestsby ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
