Job description

Governance & Training Administrator
This interesting and varied role requires someone with excellent time management and IT skills to support the Governance Director with compliance documentation/Administration. Ideally you have previous experience of working in a similar role but candidates with H&S, HR, Commercial, legal or compliance background are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
* Policies and processes - manage rolling programme of review of processes to ensure they are updated if any process changes or clinical / legislative updates
* Supporting Governance Director with the admin side of process writing
* Auditing - manage auditing programme to ensure that the audit schedule is adhered to and individuals know what areas they are responsible for auditing
* Maintain compliance register - ensure that the process is followed correctly, timelines met, collate any information for investigations and record outcomes
* Complaints - manage process and collating information for investigations into complaints, ensure timelines let, to then be reviewed by the relevant party, send out letters and record outcomes
* SARs - manage process, timelines and collating of information
* Maintain qualifications register for clinical staff and ensure staff have renewed and are registered with appropriate regulatory bodies.
* Ensure that mandatory training takes place as required i.e. Safeguarding (annually)
* L&D -carry out the admin requirements for training / CPD.
Skills and knowledge for the role:
* Previous experience of working in a similar role
* Ability to review/write policies and procedures
* Excellent command of the English language (proof reading skills)
* Quality management experience would be beneficial
* Some legal knowledge may be beneficial but not essential
* Excellent admin skills with competence using full office suite - word, excel, visio, Adobe
* Fast accurate keyboard skills
* Excellent time management skills
Salary £25/30k neg depending on experience.
