Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Trainer
West Midlands
£40,000 per annum
Full-time, permanent

We are working with an education provider in the West Midlands area who are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Trainer (Fluid Power) to join their team.

The role is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 37 hours per week, and you would be based at the education provider's centre in the West Midlands area. The training delivery will be workshop-based practical teaching around Mechanical Maintenance Engineering, and you would also need to teach their practical Fluid Power sessions using their Festo test rigs.

The starting salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, which would increase after the probationary period of 6 months. The package also includes a pension, private medical insurance, a health cash plan, and 25 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Engineering qualification
-Goood Fluid Power knowledge
-Experience of fitting and assembly

Candidates with teaching and assessment qualifications and experience are preferred, but they could also look at industry candidates who are looking to get into training delivery, and upskill them through their teaching qualifications on the job.
